How it works
The exam consists of 200 multiple-choice questions divided into two sections:
- Listening Section (45 minutes, 100 questions): Photographs, Question-Response, Conversations, and Talks. Respond to recorded English audio.
- Reading Section (75 minutes, 100 questions): Incomplete Sentences, Text Completion, and Reading Comprehension. Self-paced responses to written materials.
Total duration: approximately 2.5 hours (including 30 minutes for biographical questions). Results are available on the same day with digital certificate delivery.
For Polimi students, the score will be transmitted electronically to the University and visible on your personal page.
TOEIC scores are mapped to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) from A1 to C1.
